• Score Submission:

  • Scores must be provided at least three weeks before the recital or competition. Please include the specific movements or sections to be performed, along with the expected performance tempo.

• Rehearsals

  • ​Punctuality is expected for all rehearsals.

• Payment

  • ​Full payment is due at the time of the rehearsal.

  • Payment may be made by cash or check, payable to HaeRim Yoo.

• Cancellations

  • ​A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide advance notice will result in full charge for the scheduled time.

• Additional Fees

  • An additional fee may apply under the following conditions.  

    • Travel fees: Charged based on mileage for location outside of Naperville/Aurora area.

    • Last-Minute Requests: Additional fee may be charged for last-minute accompanying requests.
